Project Brief:
We are looking for an experienced web developer to turn our idea into reality. We require a web platform for a shift booking/timesheet system. The successful Freelancer will project co-ordinate the overall development to includes the mobile phone app development.
Overview:
Website/Web app:
Front End – landing page which the public will view when visiting our website
Admin Panel – For the Vara team to manage the overall site and apps
Organisation/ Departments Panel – This is where organisations will have access to post jobs, access time sheets etc.
iOS / Android User Apps:
Initially we will look to start with the iOS app before developing the Android app. This app will be used by the workers to access available work, book and cancel shifts, access available training etc.
Key Features:
Shift booking – Ability for different organisations and/or departments to post and manage shifts via the site.
Time sheets – Ability for electronic time sheets signed via mobile phone app and downloadable.
Geo location – Ability for workers to find work in various geographical locations

Additional Information
We require a Freelance who will act as our CTO during fund raising activity when required and to also support in building an in house tech team, agreeable mutual availability.
We have designed a rough prototype using [login to view URL] which we would be happy to share post NDA. The successful Freelancer will have to design a new UI and incorporate this in the price.
All testing to be carried out by Freelancer. If a prototype is presented, we will feedback within 36 hours. Freelancer must be able to provide an agreed response time.
Please do not bid if your prices are likely to go up on negotiations or after. We understand there is room to come under or slightly over budget we are happy to agree a % before commencement of the Project.
We will require support during the first year of operation post project handover. We will be looking to negotiate an ongoing support service and maintain the relationship for further developments.
