Build Wistia Playlist Post Type Wordpress Plugin

Currently seeking skilled PHP WordPress developer. To build a custom post type plugin to post either single video in post. Or compile an playlist using the Wistia API and video ids. I currently have some static code creating a video playlist that is randomized everytime the page loads. I need the code i created to be reused in a dynamic way using custom post type in wordpress. AN overview of what we need exactly. Is a plugin to compile workout playlist for users. we need to be able to create a post, place a trainers image in the post with the name of the trainer, how long the workout will take, and the name of the workout, and a place to place the video id for it to render using the wisita api for single video workouts. Then it also needs to have an option for HIIT workouts on the add post and with that option i need a repeatable element that lets be name the group of workout, place multiple wistia video ids into the elements then on the front end it should compile the playlist randomly based on user_meta_data 'workout_intense'. which will be either of the three beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Beginner should randomly pick 2 videos from each repeatable element to create playlist. Intermediate should randomly pick 3 videos from each repeatable element to create playlist. Advanced should randomly pick 3 videos from each repeatable element to create playlist.
