Code 2 PHP Pages in existing small scale CMS

We are a Canadian Immigration Law Firm based in Ontario, Canada. We have a PHP based client portal where we manage client conversations and their data. We need to add a Client Timeline Page and a Client Agenda Page on our backend Admin Portal. A snapshot of Client Timeline is attached in an Excel File Format. We need a similar page built on our online admin portal using existing client data from our database. Additionally, we need to build a Client Agenda page to manage daily tasks. This is the list of tasks that we will make and when they are checked they should be marked done and move below from the list. We have attached a copy of the Original Code that needs to be installed first. Then you need to install the MOD as attached. Once installed, you will have a similar system running. This is pure PHP / CSS coding. There is NOOOO WordPress involved. So only quote if you understand the requirements. Include your payment terms based on milestones that you can deliver. Thank you.
