Communication between Azure IOT Cloud connected printer and php

We have got own Restaurant Order software and we are using google cloud print. Now we are trying to switch to Azure IOT service. We have got GPRS printers and configured. It iis server connected state but we couldn't send any text to printer. The message comes to IOT Hub succesfully but not forwarding to the printer. Proje steps: 1.) With Microsoft Azure Java SDK we need to find a way to send Restaurant Receipts to printers and see the status (successfully sent, the device is offline, etc) 2.)
