Completion of a partially build website on wordpress

I am looking for a web developer who can implement a custom quiz for a subscription type website. It is a fashion personality quiz which will be saved in the customers profile and must be linked to their member only page where they can retake the quiz anytime for different results. After the customer has taken the quiz and created a profile it will be saved then they will select a payment plan for example 60/month or 180/quarter to pay for that plan through paypal or stripe after this their profile should indicate that their subscription is active. the customer can also unsubscribe to the payment plan through their profile or by sending us an email. Need to integrate and setup transactional/non-transactional emails and marketing emails. Install SSL Certificate, and any other security measures that need to be integrated into the website. Search options, add filters and sorting to shopping pages which are already setup. Mobile Responsive:- Runnable on any Layout like an APP (Mobile/Tablet) Account Management (User Signup, Sign-in etc.) •Nicely adjusted information and description pages •Breadcrumb Navigation. •Online store Add inventory and customize the shop pages, and quick view option. •Subscription module Subscription module has seperate payment gateway than the products All orders for customers should be saved in the customer profile. Tax implementation for U.S and Canada customers only, tax only on products purchased and not on subscription module. Cad & US currency interchanged in the website. making sure that if the customer is in canada it should automatically detect and change to canada and vise versa for U.S The website should be fast and responsive. Should be able to fix and add any formatting that might be necessary for the flow and look of the website. Plugin for customer database, i need to manage all the information in one area for customers who sign up to an account add their information and their data ie. quiz answers and any updates to their personalized quiz should automatically be updated in the database. shipping address, name phone number etc.. The website is already half complete with themes and plugins installed.
