Consignment Reports

I need printable reports for consignment sales as well as the ability to manage the consignment percentage for Suppliers. We use VEND Point of Sale. Our Suppliers and Sales information is available via their APIs. (see reference documentation: [login to view URL]) Screen 1 – Log In Screen 2 – Manage Suppliers Screen 3 – Run Reports (see sample provided) The Log In screen should be a simple screen that takes a username and password. No need to manage forgotten passwords or user names. This can be hardcoded in a database. The Manage Suppliers page should provide a drop down selection populated with all of the Suppliers in the VEND system. The data can be retrieved using [login to view URL] There should also be a text field to enter a percentage. Once this information is entered, this data should be saved in a database to be used to run the reports. The Run Reports page should have the option to select one of the previously saved supplier/percentage records and a date range. This information should then be used to run the report. The report should open in a new tab or window and be formatted to a printable size using the provided sample below. The sales information can be retrieved using [login to view URL] and the product information can be retrieved using [login to view URL] Each page should have a simple menu at the top of the page that let’s the user select if they want to manage suppliers are run reports. We use PHP now. We are looking for someone with good PHP and HTML/CSS skills to complete this task.
