Consultant management system needed

Need a system to manage a consultancy. [NOTE: Please READ the requirements and understand it before bidding, and, also mind the upper limit of the project ($750). All the requirements are there and the experienced developer will/should have the idea what is needed. If you cannot do it within the estimated budget, please DO NOT bid (save your and our time). What needs to be done is listed clearly below. Thank you]. We have three branches in three cities. We need a web application using which we can manage all operations and branches manager operates their modules independently. Modules: Client or customer management

Agents’ management—sub-agents---login Associate organization’s Management—Universities/College, courses, commission
Activities & task management—timeline, create a task Notification management—Notification including systematic on different tasks 
Account & Invoicing management---Fees, service charges, pay for something
 Reporting---search, graphs, income/expense
Invoicing and payments
 Role Management—Types (super admin, admin, manager, counsellor, associate organization, agent, customer) These are all the things which are to be done. We are open to suggestions or flow of the task if you have done anything similar. Experienced, who has done something similar, preferred. Better if you can include links to some of your laravel work while bidding.
