I need FreelanceEngine Theme from [url removed, login to view] converted into a plugin that is compatible with Woocommerce and WC Vendors Pro. All display theme features should be included in the plugin. Additionally, the functionalities of the following add ons should be included in the plugin: FrE Credit,AE Custom Fields, FrE Private Message, FrE milestone.
The escrow feature is also very important to me in how it functions. It should work natively with Woocommerce/WC Vendors (and Paypal for now) but I am looking for other payment providers so extension abilities are important.
For the Freelancer/Customer review options, this should be both integrated with Woocommerce/WC Vendors and separate, meaning, if I have a marketplace vendor that is also a freelancer, they should have different reviews, one as a vendor, and one as a freelancer. Additionally, the review system should be blind, meaning neither the freelancer or customer can see the others reviews until both have made a review or after 15 days, which ever is first. After the reviews are in, no changes are allowed (accept by admin) and only responses to each review are allowed.
I would like MyCred to be integrated if possible to both WC Vendors/Woocommerce and the freelancer plugin, so that I am able to add badges, milestones, ect...
Here is my end wants: I am building a marketplace website. I want to use Woocommerce and WC Vendors Pro as my shopping cart and marketplace plugin. Woocommerce should be the method which people make payments. I also want a project submission option for customers to be able to submit their ideas for freelancers to bid on.
Roles
In addition to the normal roles of Woocommerce and WC Vendors, I assume 2 additional roles will be needed: Freelancer (only able to bid/complete jobs that are awarded) and Freelance Vendor (able to sell in the marketplace and bid on jobs).
I am also open to other suggestions that meet my needs as described above, such as custom programming FreelanceEngine Theme to work with Woocommerce/WC Vendors Pro, or another using another plugin that provides me the same features.
I have set a reasonable budget but that is based on what I assume is a reasonable budget. Please bid even if your cost is higher as I am mostly concerned with best value vice lowest price.
I do not pay until work is complete and tested. This is non-negotiable.
