Convert Small flash slots to html5 and include mobile viewing ,rebuild main template from script, rebuild additional template for different script and link together.

Please Read Attached document this is part of the info of the document. i have an internet cafe and i would like to include some fun games, i have 2 scripts already made, Script-1.-I have a php/flash casino script that has some issues since we lost the copy of the updated one so in short, i just have the engine with a very bad template and translation issues an example of the script that i have (the template is all screwed up) [login to view URL] *Slots need to be converted to html5 for mobile viewing, if checked that is on smartphone before loading has to rotate screeen to landscape mode and go fullscreen. *rebuild a main template in html5 that has all the necessary functions for the user *Main template has to have 3 viewing modes ( Desktop,Tablet and smartphone) and has to switch between them automatically *script has a domain license check that i need to get rid off or be modified because online casinos are big legal problem and because of the domain license check im not able to use localhost or [login to view URL] ,like to be able to use localhost in lan and fordward domain from outside if i ever want to . (the license check doesnt seem really even deficult should be a piece of cake if you know php) *Admin Panel has to be rebuild since most stuff is in russian and is not very well organized. *script is in english but has some russian elements and must be translated to english and marked english as Default (theres 2 languages modes in the script rus and eng) leave english as default and remove rus. *check for security issues and optimize engine for less bloat and better response engine is meant to be used from outdated php etc... script-2.-i have an old mmorpg script from like the 90s lol here [login to view URL] that i need to link to the MySQL database of the casino, and the casino can used along my mafia script, this script is almost perfect so the changes will be mostly aesthetics since i need all core functions to be the same. *Merge the 2 database togethers so i can use a single database across both scripts,and modify the casino variables\rows etc so it matches to the mafia script in database there's only like 3-5 rows max that will need to be linked together but you have to check if i need more so everything can be used with 1 database without any problems --------Example: Mafia Mysql (User_ID,User_name,User_pass,money,crystals,) Casino Mysql(ID,username,pass,balance,Balance_demo) modify casino script table rows,variables etc... so all functions can be remained and since both scripts have 2 currencies linked them together so both can use same rows unless the row is independent from each other so we can avoid bigger MySQL at the end since i don't have a super server and i need lightweight. *modify casino script so both script use the same session, same password and same COOKIE (same cookie for both sides, copy from mafia but leave an option so i can change the cookie content since my site is not called mafia) *Update Main Index template to a more responsive HTML5 with desktop, tablet and a compressed smartphone mode easy to navigate, everything is right there just have to update font, build a better navigation bar and put some navigation buttons in smartphone view i will give an example but this will be mostly html and css stuff *Rebuild mafia registration page to a more linear registration page updated to html5 while retaining the current features and upgrading them if its possible, like no input captcha etc that will register the casino info so i can use the mafia registration for both websites, more info please open document
