Create a brand new AltCoin (NO ICO) with its of ecosystem independent from any currency

Purpose: The purpose of Goldrium is to introduce a fastest PCI compliant coin which incorporates Ripple and Etherum main functionalities. Process payments, settle bank transaction, and people can create ICO on your platform. The coin should be self-reliant with its own algorithm and ecosystem. These are initial features but we will be constantly adding new features to compete with all coins including Bitcoin. Usually any given coin has 1 function which serves 1 community. Nodes will reside in PCI compliant servers or we will maintain PCI standard to meet the compliance. Maybe we can add a feature on our admin portal to authenticate and ensure public nodes are PCI compliant. They will have to produce a certificate and send us. Think about how can we do this and still be decentralized. 2- POS concept maybe using SCRYPT algorithm. Open to suggestions. 3- People will create ICO on this coin without using ETHERUM. 4- Premine Coins (Maybe total 50 billion coins. 25 Billion premine). Public knows of 25 bllion. 5- Coin API with function to auto generate token API when publics adds ICO. 6- Desktop\Cloud Wallet. Detail Explanation: Point# 1: Less than 1 second transaction formation will make it an instant coin. Addition to that we will build a 100,000 TPS capacity. Most coin are 100 TPS at most. I think only 1 coin is 1000 TPS. Point#2: I am open to this point. Since we will be making the coin in POS, you can suggest best options as long as the coin is the fastest and the concept is widely acceptable on exchanges so they don’t have to code much. Point #3: This is the most important point to explain as people get confused. I AM NOT ASKING TO CREATE ICO. I am asking to copy ETHEREUM functionality so people can create ICO on GOLDRIUM (my coin). We will not create any fancy programming language or anything. Just create a form for them to fill out and in the backend when all the info in filled out and ICO is saved, auto generate tokens according to the form.
