Create a Crypto Currency Investment Platform that accepts 100+ Crypto Currencies

NOTE: Why is the budget so variable?? If you can bring NEW IDEAS to the table for this platform, then I will up the $ involved for you. If you are only following the guideline below then expect to have a low price for the job. I want someone who I can hire potentially in the future and also keep this site in maintenance while it is online in case something goes wrong. I am looking to create an investment firm for my trading company. I want a freelancer who can do the following: -- Setup a linux server in order to run up to 100 daemons, We need to discuss this personally. -- Create an investment platform with a built in admin panel or interface for adding News, Editing/adding investments, etc -- Convert a PSD based template to the language you are coding in AND make it look better. I am only giving you a ROUGH DRAFT of what the site will look like. Site features must include: -- Investment System (we will discuss this personally) -- Affiliate Program -- News, Live Support, Ability to add new HTML pages within the sites layout without issues. -- Paid to Post system (again I will explain this personally) Do not give bogus offers...again, clarification is key, we need to talk before we make any final decisions. I will REQUIRE a portfolio of your past work, if it's not up to my standard I will reject your bid. I want sites with FUNCTIONALITY and PHP elements. No HTML/Wordpress crap. I am a very straightforward guy...If I like what I see then I will pursue it...though if you try to con me or you don't suite what I am doing, then I will quickly close the deal.
