Create a Java program according to specifications- 2

I currently have a java program and would like to build a new one based on the current version with quite a few enhancements. The current version is available and can be shared upon agreement but does not have the source code. In addition to adding the current features I would also like the following features added too: 1. Automatic database backup online and locally to usb, 2. Expansion on surgery details field, 3. Search modification and expansion to include search by surgery 4. Adjust 10 day ordering period, 5. Calendar date selection, 6. Select data based on colour code 7. Medication field changed to checklist and colour-coded 8. Notes field carry forward. 9. Various wording adjustments 10. Texted On date addition You will need to be a JAVA expert to complete this task. The database is currently Mysql and I would like it to be saved to the website so it can be accessed from anywhere. The java program we use is in a pharmacy and its used to track patient prescriptions. The system is used to alert us when a patient needs their medication from the doctor. This is the process: • The patient is added onto the system with ‘Need by’ date. • The system then calculates when we should order the prescription from the doctor. This is set at 10 days before the ‘Need by’ date. This date is called the ‘Order on’ date. • All fields are highlighted in red until they are actioned by the user. So on the ‘Order on’ date when the user orders the prescription from the doctor, they will mark this as done and enter the date it was done on. • This will highlight the field as yellow which means that we are expecting the prescription back from the doctor. • Once the prescription is back we check the medicines list and make sure everything ordered has arrived and if so then its marked as received and dated. This will highlight the field as green. There will be another field added that says texted. • Once the medicine is collected or delivered this is marked on the system and the program will automatically create a new red field with the next order date based on the initial medicine cycle. The program will need to be built from scratch.
