Create a landing page

Hi, my name is Juno and run a small Digital Agency in America. We usually need help with work and most of the projects are similar as the posted below. I hope can find someone to work with on this project and future projects as well. We need to create a home page based on a PSD/Illustrator (.psd / .ai) mock-up on Wordpress (.org). The page needs to look exactly as the mock-up (pixel perfect) and needs to be 100% mobile friendly. We want to use this theme as it's light-weight (fast page load) and easy to use, it is mainly a boostrap and wordpress framework and will build pages with Visual Composer Plugin: [login to view URL] Demo here: [login to view URL] The theme is very flexible and you might need to modify PHP templates to achieve our goal. What we want is a ight-weight theme / framweork so the website pages load fast, we are open to suggestions if there is another theme/framweork that can do that. We also need to build the page with Visual Composer plugin (I will provide the plugin) so we can modify the content at any time with ease. Basiclaly the page needs to be a combination of Visual Composer and a lot of CSS. I will also provide the slider plugin (Revolution Slider) and the testimonials plugin. It needs to look great on all tablet and mobiles, it is very important. I will provide all the images, content and font ready to use for the website, there will be no need to slice the PSD/Illustrator file. The only purpose of the PSD/Illustrator file is to get the infomation for font sizes, colours and visual guideline for paddings, margins, etc. We need to build the page on our server / hosting to be able to see the progress and code.
