CRM Project

I am looking to have a web-based CRM tool developed for one of the Multi Level Marketing companies. It needs to be simple to use and easy to understand.

I would like it to be similar in operation and look to teamzy.com. It must be designed from scratch and not based on any existing platforms.

It's a simple project and so shouldn't need too much explanation. Ask any questions you need answered.

[login to view URL] will be a customer relations management tool that will be custom built for Arbonne distributors. It will focus on two main areas, 1. Sales and follow up to customers. 2. Signing up and follow up of additional consultants to grow the network and income.

Suggests orders to existing customers attached to product quantities (if a customer orders a 30 day supply of something, at day 25 an email will be sent out or a reminder to do a call reminding the customer to reorder). Suggest comparable products and add-on products to orders. Suggests contacting certain customers near months end to help build PQV and QV points to hit bonuses etc. as well as keeping track of points and commission.

Needs to track prospects, leads, Team Management, Consultants Supply Stats, forms, and email templates and phone conversation ideas.

Keeps track of, and suggests next contact time and best contact type (eg. Phone, text, email or personally).

Make suggestions on who to contact to avoid dropping down a level. Need to ask each contact area of interest and sell towards that. Has online questionnaire to be filled out when contacting leads. Lead will be entered into database under consultant or customer.

Plans day and time to make you more efficient. Who to contact about what each morning.

Website will ask a series of questions upon signing up. Are you looking to be a consultant, a preferred client, or just a retail customer? If answer is consultant, what income do you want to make (suggests the amount of people to touch each day to get to that level of income)? What is your reason for doing this? etc. If client wants to only be retail customer, then all orders can be placed via Arbonnzy or via call to consultant. Entry of contact is via a list of questions then form is populated using answers to these questions. See:

After writing all this, the simple answer to what I want to do is have a CRM that will keep track of all the PQV, QV, Income, and let consultants know where to put each new customer and consultant (in the network/pyramid) to maximize points and income. Also needs to track customers and consultants and ensure follow up, suggest products that will maximize consultant’s income and points and touch leads constantly.

Need to figure out a way that consultants always get credit for their customers purchase. Maybe integrate with Arbonne order site cross referencing orders with their database.

Budget is 1700 with potential for a huge second job if this is done great and done quick. When you apply, make your bid the real amount you want and don't ask for more in messaging. Give your real estimated completion date as well.
