Cron Issue -- 3

I currently have a code which runs through the tenant contract dates. When A tenant has 60 days left they show up on my "Contracts Ending Soon" section in my dashboard. Currently this is not working. When they show up in the dashboard. I have a choice to keep the tenant or cancel. When I cancel, it should remove that tenant by the last day of the contract from that section and place them in the canceled section in the tenant tab. As well, it must NOT renew the contract date. Furthermore, the tenant should be removed from the unit number and address that way another person can take their spot. When I don't cancel, there is a cron that renews the contract by the original contract length when the "days left" reaches 0. I want to make sure it works. I also have a cron that runs at first of every month to add the Rent to the balance. I also want to make sure this works.
