custom access database

We are a small, local tour company looking at different reservation system solutions. We need our system to do the following: - storage/retrieval of passenger info - generating proper documentation such as a confirmation & subsequently a boarding pass upon payment in full. -marketing database (primarily name & email) -something customizable that we could "tweak" when necessary (we don't know what we don't know) -automated reporting - generating specific reports when specific fields are populated or boxes ticked (i.e. check box for pre/post hotel would add customer info to a separate database OR spreadsheet that could be forwarded to hotel & transport company...this db or s.s. would maintain ALL passengers who need hotel & transport) - it doesn't have to be pretty, just functional & user friendly *Dream Scnenario: we would enter passenger info & tour, & when completed the system would auto-email passenger confirmation & boarding pass (after final payment) along with a brief message. Synchronization between Access, Excel, & Gmail... -system should be able to differentiate between direct passenger & travel agent passengers (generating different reports) -system needs to compile info & generate a rooming list of ALL passengers based upon tour date
