Time Sheet System Core System Features: - Ability for assigned user or user group to fill out time sheets we require. - Ability to create multiple kinds of time sheets. - This system must have an administrator add in where it can be approved by administrator as well. With digital signature that we upload the admin gif signature and add it under office use only. Use a simple check box for approval for the administration. - Ability to modify time sheet sections from administration level - When printing, must print like our current paper copy layout but filled out. - Save this as a copy and link under the user that filled this out. As well as a master copy for Administrator or which ever user group can view all timesheets. Time Sheet Features: - Create a time sheet per customer, per day. If they have multiple jobs, then they need to select the machines used for that specific job and reference it in the job description. - Ability to have customer and employee sign using their phone. Employee Signature is mandatory. Ability to make customer signature mandatory. Need to work with Ultimate Member plugin as this is what we use for creating our users.
