customise the module for editing the joomla article throgh article manager My budget is $25

the Article Tab Module in the front page an image and article title is shown as a link to the article. But we need to direct the link to another menu URL. Now we cannot do this through article editor. We need someone who can customise the module so that we will be able to edit the link through article manager to point to another link url.
