Customizing codes in plugin in Wordpress

Hi all, I would like to hire a coder who helps me editing the variables inside a plugin to make it change the post types (from post to question which exists in my WordPress site already), and their corresponding attributes, including Post Titles -> Question Titles, Post Content -> Question Content, Post Author -> Question Author, Post Category -> Question Category, Post Excerpt -> Question Excerpt, Post Published Time -> Question Published Time, Post Thumbnail -> Question Thumbnail. Currently, I use the plugin named "WPQA - The WordPress Questions And Answers Plugin" to create questions (like quizzes) and it works well. I want to import content from a source (Scrapestorm) into my WordPress as Questions, but the supporting Plugin named Scrapestorm create Posts by default instead of Questions. I want to customize Scrapestorm plugin so that it creates Questions. Scrapestorm Software export data from its source and Scrapestom Plugin get those data to publish as Posts in my WordPress. Now, I want Scrapestorm plugin to create Questions, not Posts. The software is fixed, we have nothing to do with it. I think we just need to change the way the Scrapestorm plugin create things, from Posts to Questions by changing the corresponding variables. Thank you!
