Data export from old Joomla (5.3) Real Estate web site to latest Wordpress new site

Description We have about 2.000 properties in my old joomla site which is still on line. We have also online a wordpress real estate (Houzez theme) site in a different domain, we would like to "bulk" export the properties from the old site to the new one. I have a zip back up of the site where also the data is backed in a folder. The old Joomla (2.5) Real Estate web site worked with a RPL (Real Estate Listing) no longer available nor supported. RPL files are encrypted by zend, this means that you can make the site work but not see the code. There is a "fork" of the RPL named UPL wich can be used as the RPL if needed, however it works with Joomla 3.8.12 and php 7 while my RPL old joomla site works with php 5.6 maximum, no php 7. However, only data (property) needs to be exported in a way that it is possible to import it again to the new Wordpress site. Maybe saved in a compatible CVS file. At the end is only about export the data (properties) from the old site and import them again in the new site in the easiest possible way, but the property data should be usefull and nicelly visible in the new site. Someone with experience in this type of Job is appreciated
