• Push notifications from the app (Notification created in the Administrator Portal and pushed out to the app.

• No client website required for searches or other data included at this stage (clients only interface via smartphone apps (Android & iphone). Website only for system administration and global client management.
• Reporting and client management via system admin website
• Financial management via system website for reporting and management of clients and revenue streams (subscriptions and advertising)
• Edit push notifications and push out to the network based on filters including location / time / gender / match type. Ability setup multiple schedules for different push notifications and have them scheduled to send out automatically based on filter criteria

The admin portal back end is a good start / good idea to model from.

Most of the design elements / layout will be provided. I have a very good level of software design experience and good overall understanding of programming. Feedback and recommendations always will be welcomed for best up to date methods of programming and design efficiency. Presentation is equally important in this app as the efficiency of the programming. It needs to be highly polished for a high level of presentation and user friendly.
