Re-Design a Drupal website

I currently have a Drupal 7 based website. There are a few things I'm interested in having done by the right person. ***************PLEASE DON'T BID IF YOU AREN'T SOMEONE WHO********* 1. USES ENGLISH IS THEIR FIRST LANGUAGE - MIN 85%+ ENG TEST RESULT 2. HAS VAST EXPERIENCE WITH DRUPAL(Module, Theme Creation) 3. UNDERSTANDS SEO 4. HAS EXAMPLES OF LIVE WEBSITES THEY HAVE BUILT IN DRUPAL 5. CAN PROVIDE REFERENCES *************************************************************************** PLEASE PROVIDE AS MANY EXAMPLES OF WEBSITES YOU'VE BUILT AS PART OF THE BIDDING PROCESS. I'm not going to give any specifics of the nature of the business at this point, other than to say that it is in the IT Industry, and I need someone of a high calibre, in terms of their work, and their character. MY CURRENT SETUP: There are three facets to my web page. 1. Anonymous Users(Un-Authenticated) - The content served up to them is simply information about what services are available 2. Authenticated Users - the content served up to them is personalized in that they can review information about their account and reports on the services we provide them(in PDF format) 3. Administrator - Obviously I'm the only person who ever sees this side of things. MY PRIMARY GOAL: *Redesign the whole website (for both Anonymous, and Authenticated users) - I'm looking for a simple, effective, yet stunning layout. - Accommodate Desktop, and Mobile browsers seamlessly. - A clear flow, so as to convert traffic into customers. SECONDARY GOAL: *Upgrade to Drupal 8. **For the right person, I will have further work; such as custom modules, and much more.
