Develop Joomla PHP Visa Mastercard payment using 2Checkout API

An in progress developing site needs Mastercard and Visa and whatever credit card payment options available , to be developed. services are purchased using the 2Checkout php API. It thus requires the freelancer to write the payment and other related info subsequently into mysql tables (this are already existing) when the payment occur, detailing the services purchased as well as specifying the start and end dates of services based on business rules that also apply to renewing of services and hence recurring payments. All the requirements will be provided. Credit card numbers should preferably not be kept by the system . Instead transaction ID should be stored instead.
