Develop PHP product, category, search page and homepage blocks from ajax view

What I need is to:
1. develop PHP categories
2. develop products page
3. develop 3 categories blocks on home page (categories choosen from joomla back office)
4. search engine - develope it.
All data taken from ajax response file.
All data that should be taken from external system an they are in php file.
Shop is based on joomla and looks like virtuemart but all data is taken external.
just make it visible and working. I will handle html, css and js.
As I can see we need to develop product page baceuse there is only product info block coded.
Categories are visible but they are working as ajax (one page without reloading to links).
In cart block I will need total price for cart block.
Second important thing is search engine - we have to develope it.
All system in joomla has copyrights - we can't copy these data. After job done delete all files.
