Easy one of a kind, quick product listing app

Hi, This will require paypal integration knowledge, and possible facebook integration. I need an app to help me list one of a kind products quickly, from my phone using paypal buy it now buttons posted to facebook along with the image and description the user types. Step 1. Two options. a) Upload image from phone b) use camera to take photo. while that is loading you can begin typing the next steps immediately (i.e. image uploading happens in background). Step 2. Description Field For paypal. I will type something about the product, maybe "Blue Sparkles Fabric 18x27cm" this is so we know what to send them! Step 3. Put a Price & Qty available (sometimes there is more than 1). Step 4. Copy & Post. This will take me to a facebook page to post (url set in admin settings). What will happen is your program must talk to the Paypal API, and generate a buy it now button that is one of a kind, that can only be purchased. I will list the photo of the product DIRECTLY onto facebook. The description and the buy it now button (or url to activate the button). Will take them to purchase the product! If someone buys it and the quantitiy runs out, it is not allowed to be purchased any more, it will tell them it has run out. Please let me know how long and how much this might cost. I am using android Galexy samsung about 1yr old. Thank you
