Ecwid 2 x new calendars and move calendar to first page

Hi, We want to make some changes to our website. We use Wix and have recently paid for Ecwid as a ecommerce function to sell our cakes online rather then through email. As a short explanation, we are a small family run bakery, we will need to block off certain weeks in advance throughout the current year and the next year to ensure when we are planning to take time off we can block customers from ordering cakes. For example we have a wedding next year September 2019 and will be out of the country for 3 weeks, we are often getting wedding cake orders placed many years ahead, so we would need to block the 3 weeks in September 2019, now, to ensure we don't have any clashes. We will also need to block Sundays and Mondays each week and other possible public holidays. Currently the calendar is after the checkout page, after customers have paid. This is too late, we need it to be the first thing they choose (our customers don't understand that we hand bake everything and need 4 days notice). see image attached: Checkout Page:​ [login to view URL] ​ ​Calendar for cake pick-up [login to view URL] ​ ​We also want the calendar to be on the cake ordering page, with the other product options. We will also want to use another calendar (different to the cake baking calendar) to manage our cake stand rental booking system. For example customers can pre book rental of our gold stand code No. AS002 online, for the next customer the calendar will show that, that stand is unavailable for those dates. Again we would need this to be the first option customers see in order to check if the stand is available, and again we would need to be able to block dates years ahead to allow for when we are closed. I know our ecwid site is a mess at the moment I'm still learning how to edit everything. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any more questions.
