I am part of a smallish homeschool organization in Fresno, CA. We have an online registration form that is linked with Paypal and Mailchimp that was written for us and finished 1 year ago. We would like to edit a few things and the developer is no longer able to help us. Here is his suggestion in finding someone to continue the project. "I will be happy to give you the instructions for making updates like this one yourself in the future, however having some knowledge of the codebase (html, css, javascript, python) is recommended for this. For periodic updates in the future, I would encourage you to find a freelance developer who would be willing to do such work at an hourly rate. Freelancer.com would be a great resource for you -- there are many proficient developers on this site who would be eager to help with updates on your application from time to time. Once you have found this person, you'll be able to share the Heroku credentials with them (this is where the registration form and members database are hosted), and I can transfer the private GitHub repositories to yourself or to them (this is where all of the development code and change history is hosted, one repo for the registration form, another repo for the python backend). You'll want to find someone who has experience with Django and JavaScript (you should have no trouble finding many freelance developers with this experience); Vue.js, Webpack, and Heroku would be an added bonus as these are used in your application."
