FIX MY HIDE IP DESKTOP SOFTWARE

I have a desktop windows software that is essentially an IP changer/hider, similar to this: [login to view URL] I have had to change server it relied on for database if IP addresses/public proxies and as such need the DB and associated parts rebuild to work with the software again.I have all source code, but original developer is unavailable now, so need someone to fix this as it was previously. My new set up is with a shared host account using cpanel and need the following set up for the software to work again: 1. new DB of IP addresses, live with a script that updates/ tests these every hour and any that fail are auto deleted from the DB.I need to be able to manually add new IPs as and when i want, i will be responsible for filling the DB from a web page with fresh IPs daily, no need for a script to fill this.A script via cronjob( i think) will need written to do this. 2.I need to be able to add up to 200 IPs at a time, so a page that is password protected that i can access to do this is needed. [login to view URL] software needs to be licence controlled via a licenence management console as in the picture [login to view URL] allows me to control each licence to pause, end , extend, delete etc from the web [login to view URL] is colour coded traffic light fashion ie, red is blocked licence, red active, amber paused etc.I should be able to create a licence from the user using rheir email address and select the amout of days acess or lifetime access. 4. it needs to work on all versions of windows up to w10. you can see the software working at this link below: [login to view URL] Only bid please if you have experience of such projects involves proxies/IPs etc, thanks Remember all source code is available so the software has been written already, i only need it to interact with a new built DB and the associated licence management console.
