Fix someone else's screw ups

I hired someone to set up a free shopping cart template for me. I did not realize till it was to late that he had not set it up correctly and that things were missing. I need someone WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING to fix some of the parts that are missing. My website is suppose to look something like this -- [login to view URL] My website is here - [login to view URL] Some things I have already fix. This is what I still need done. 1) The background for this section of the front page is not there ANYWHERE EVERYTHINGS PRODUCT CATEGORY 2) I have a PRODUCT SLIDER to replace the logo slider but I do not know how to handle short code so I need someone who knows where to put the code. The plugin is already installed. 3) The png file is what my footer should look like. I need it set up including the links it needs. If I can't find someone to do it reasonably I will have to cancel the project. PLEASE read the project post, look at the websites and make sure you can do that I need before you bid.
