Follow Up Feedback and review emailing

Create a follow up feedback review system that text or email past customers sends then a link to give us feedback then to give them a chance to write a review for us on sites like Google, Yelp and Facebook and more. track if sent, if opened link . should default feedback to 5 stars must create the page that has links and welcome message the star reviews and all that. we can send full samples of how that should be. system must be able to send text and emails from number/email we pick/change.
