Getting a 500 Error using"Fetch" on "transaction" using Magento 2 and Authorize.net

The Following Concerns using Magento 2.1 with [login to view URL] I am getting an 500 Internal Server Issue on the following page and other going to the same place. It occurs when I "Fetch" the Transaction Detail on an order. All of the orders are doing it, I have had the Service Provider check to see is it was a Server Issue and it is not. Below is the communication with them. My understanding is limited, but i believe that the communication from [login to view URL] back to Magento is not getting through. This is causing a ripple effect of bugs, that is allowing orders to not correctly process, especially declined orders.
