I need a goautodial integration for an INTERACTIVE VOICE SERVER in order for all outgoing calls to pikkede up, the customers first receive the voice robot giving them the possibility to choose a service that concerns them, by tapping a number on their phone and the IVR makes the transfer to the proper agent group
I believe what your looking for is to setup an IVR that your callers can interact with before the call on the DID is forwarded to the relevant campaign for the agents to interface with. I can do this and I have years of service running this within the same server. I hope to hear from you soon.
