Google Video(Speech) to Text Skript

Hello there, I need a small script that utilized the Googe Speech to Text service ([login to view URL]) and transcribed our existing videos to a text file. We need a small form on our server, where we are able to define a URL to a MP4 (Video) or MP3 (Sound) file and based on this MP3/4 the google service should create a text file. The language of the video should be always German. The output should be send to the eMail-Address defined in another field of the form. The third field of the form should be the subject. Subject of the eMail should be "SUBJECT-FIELD + filename + datetime" Datetime should be in the format [login to view URL] HH:MM so e.g. 28.02.19 17:33 The project is done and will be approved after we have tested the first sample video. Please note, videos will be up to 1GB file size. Script should be written in PHP7. If you have read till this point, please write in your first message "AI rules" - all other bids will be ignored.
