GPS tracking app with Multiple admin panel with a Super-admin

I have a chain of 4 hotels. I wish to create an GPS realtime location tracking android app for my employees. They go for marketing and promotion but don't do promotion just do gossips. I wish to get a platform for viewing their realtime location on super-admin and admins dashboard on my hosting panel. My every hotels manager at 4 hotels will have their own dashboard for employees below him , not related to any other manager (only I will have total control of all managers and employee below me). Design admin panel and mobile app. App Feature requires: *Good UI, Good Login screen with forgot password integration *Employee will get feature to chat with manager above him. *Employee with send stats from app to dashboard of dealing with customer, customer name, customer behaviour, marketing topic discussed, duration of meeting, etc. Proper Documentation needed for posting it on my hosting server. Suggestions invited.
