Look at the [login to view URL] file. There are 2 columns of 3 bit binary sequeces. The extreme rightmost
column represents the Hamming distance between these two vectors. This is just an example file, same process has to be repeated for [login to view URL] file.
[login to view URL] contains 2500 test vectors having vector length of 39 (39 bit binary sequence). Coding language is not a constraint, however C/C++/Python(2.7) is encouraged. The code should execute correctly on Ubuntu Linux (14.04)distribution. Please note that the total test vectors are fixed (2500) but the vector length can be made variable (for example 100). Hence, the code should be generalized.
Code must be tested on [login to view URL] followed by [login to view URL] and finally on final.txt.
