HTML Animation Expert

I am building a new website. I already have my graphic artist hired and a wordpress Guru who is converting the PSDs to Wordpress. But my wordpress guy isn't the most experienced when it comes to HTML animations. Some of the things I have requested are outside his scope of talents. Rather than asking him to learn something new (which will take more time), I am instead looking for someone who can do small things for me here and there that he feels would be best completed by someone with more experience. Attached to this job is a word file with a lot of different links that show various animated effects as applied to different content across the web. These are some styles of animation effects I would like to incorporate into my new site. All in all I have about 20 web pages, although the most complex of them was already done by a third party. Of the remaining 19 pages only 2 of them have complex animations and the remaining 17 pages either have little to no animations (or simple ones my wordpress guy can handle). So you would be working for me on a piece-by-piece basis creating specific elements at my request for various sections.
