I have worked on dish detection for about 50 different popular Indian food before. I can build what you ask using python + opencv by performing an extraction, dimension reduction and CNN. Shouldn't take too many days. Do you have your own dataset, or do I need to find one from online sources? Does it require me to identify the number plate from a video or the numbers on random number plates?
