You will get a roundcube webmail, an UI to create email accounts, allocate email quota/mailbox size,etc. Spamassasin will also be configured. You can create unlimited email addresses and configure them on any email clients like Outlook, iOS devices, Android devices, etc. I have done this many times. So this is an easy job for me. I can show the proof for the same job. Yes, I am familiar with AWS, I can request AWS support and remove the restrictions on the email limit. SPF, DKIm and dmarc records will be added. All of them can be covered. Most tricky one is to avoid be catalogued as spammer on gmail, but that can be managed with the proper configurations, and if your expected usage is reasonable. Well, I can offer you zimbra (The backend MTA of Zimbra is postfix which is robust in mailing servers world. Also it runs on LDAP and MySQL like databases for users crendentials and accounts as well as tracking for emails.) to meet all your requirements and this runs with web administration, user administration and completely over SSL. Question is, would you like to run this over Public SSL cert from a CA provider (I can help you here too ) or you want to run the webmail over Self-Signed cert? The above is for installation and configuration of a complete email server which is equivalent alike Microsoft Exchange server with almost all features. You can discuss with me in detail. For mails landing into INBOXes of external provider is more time consuming depending on if the server IP meets all the requirements which I need to resolve within 7 days. INboxing tests will be done against MS email servers, yahoo & Gmail. The key things here is, I need your DNS hosting access to do several configuration for DKIM, SPF, DMARC, Reverse DNS. For rDNS, I also need Amazon support contact so that I can guide few things for this to be done correctly. However, please do not hesitate to let me know if you have any more concern.
