Hello. Indeed, there are two obvious ways to convert your XML invoices to the format available for uploading to Quickbooks: 1. Use of Excel as an intermediate tool. In this case, we need to develop a small VBA macro; 2. XSLT-transformation of the source XML to another XML. I have experience of similar work in both options. I am also _very_ experienced with handling XML via programs. We should be able to do this quickly. It can be done in many ways. Following are two possible options. 1) The most simple way I will write a script (e.g. Python) for you. To extract the data, all you to need to do is to execute the script, given the xml input file. The script will extract the data and export to CSV/Excel format. 2) Window program I will create simple program with a friendly interface. Instead of typing command, you can extract the data with a few mouse clicks.
