Looking for Fullstack Web Developer for Image-Song Assocation Database that grows by user contribution

I'm working on a project, which is an image-song association database by user contribution, ie users register, submit songs to images and submit images to songs, and browse these image song associations. I have the functions decided, and here's an overview of the functions and the design (near finalized but open to changes) [login to view URL] This will give you a brief idea about whats neccessary. The whole project has a deadline untill start of June but I do need [login to view URL] the functions in these pages to be working useable untill Monday night, (doesn't have to look like the design but its better if it does. I mean just the Backend code and frontend basic functions working is enough but it must be possible to make it look like the design later on) As you can see, to listen music, the project uses youtube videos to not violate copyright laws, the video player is embedded under a scrollable bar under the song name/tags, the player should play automatically when you click a song. If you have any other suggestions to play songs without altering the visibility on pages I'm open to hearing.(suggestions that dont violate copyright or terms of services) The userpages/user activity feed is optional as of now, it can be taken out of the project perhaps but its easy to do I would like to include it too, and theres no comments(as you see on last page of first pdf, it was draft wont happen). For the part on monday I'm thinking about something between 100-150 $ budget, and for whole project as we progress it can go further, but the urgent part is the determinant of if I will be wanting to work further I hope its clear enough, any questions you have I can answer
