Looking to Partner with Developers who can develop in Nodejs, Reactjs, Angular 5, Typescript, Mysql, Websockets, Reverse proxies, Restful API

Hello Developer, I am looking for a Freelancer who can partner up with me and work with me on this project on profit sharing basis. He should have experience in Nodejs, ReactJs, PHP, Javascript, Mysql, Restful API, Websocket, Creating Reverse proxies with web sockets using Nodejs The project which is about to develop will surely bring both of us good revenue if we implement it right. Whereas I will be spending resource on the Data, Servers and Regulation part, you can spend your resources on the development. I represent a Web Security & a Fintech Company, We can have a partnership agreement and also an NDA for the data to be secured, and We require you to develop in the cloud.
