I have a magento 1.9.2.1 store which uses a script to invoice and capture automatically when an order is ready to ship. It is for our credit card system (stripe) and amazon pay module. It works correctly except for when inventory goes from 1 item in stock to 0. Anytime the last item is taken from inventory the script will not invoice and capture the funds.
