Make me a rust gambling site

We need both the website created and the code of the game. Winner gets the pot. I do have a domain as well as hosting for you to connect and check if it works. You will have to set up all backend things. You need to make a Steam API trade bot for people that want to deposit game skins. I also would like for players to be able to view their total bet, deposit, and profit You need to create the website. We will be using a black and bright orange color theme. We will be using game skins for Rust on the website. The house tax will be customizable for the owner, so make it easily adjustable since at holidays we will lower it.
