Make a simple Web Application to combine multiple purchase orders

Dear Freelancers I am looking for a simple online application to ease the work of my staff Current work scenario: I am the purchaser of a restaurant company with multiple branches. Now each branch is sending their daily/weekly purchase requests through the attached excel format to me. (Index 1) I need to combine these multiple requests to a single purchase order/list to buy the material from the market. (Index 2). I am getting the combined invoice for this purchase from the market. I need to split the invoice amount against the purchase request from the branches and issue separate invoice for each branch. I would like to automate the above process to a simple web application that can work on Android or web. Proposed work process 2 types of users: 1. Requester, 2, Purchaser 1. Requester can access the app (through credentials, if possible) and select their branch name. a. Open the Request form (It can be a web form where they can see all items and just need to enter the qty required) (Attachment 1) b. Submit the request (Each branches will be submitting their request) 2. Purchaser access the system where he can see the requests from all branches in a single form with grand total. (Attachment 2) a. Purchaser will print this form 3. After purchase of the items requested, Purchaser will log in to the system and enter the price of each items purchased. Also he should be able to edit the qty requested by the branch. 4. Print invoice (an invoice will print with items requested and their price and total
