Migrate HTML/PHP landing page to expanded WordPress site

We currently have a static, single-page HTML website ([login to view URL]) that we want to migrate to a WordPress site. Will require addition of a couple templates/pages, form update and integration with our Salesforce instance, addition of blog, and events listing. We have a wireframe to be used as guidance for final desired site, as well as UI/UX resource that will provide mock-up designs for you to implement. Targeting completion by May 1. The WordPress site delivered must: - Allow use of the WordPress admin console to allow future content updates (i.e. new blog posts, new events, new downloadable resources) to be easily made by users with limited HTML knowledge - Capture email addresses of users prior to downloading certain content and integrate with SMTP and Salesforce for notification purposes - Integrate with Google Analytics - Support responsive design (i.e. mobile, tablet, and traditional web browser) - Support modern web browsers (Google Chrome, FireFox, Safari, Edge) and direct users viewing the site on a legacy browser to use a different, supported browser - Support the latest stable release of Wordpress (as of this posting 4.9.5) In addition, all original artifacts (code files and images) created as part of this engagement must be delivered (i.e. HTML, CSS, PHP, PNG, JavaScript, etc.). Upon delivery, it is expected that the chosen offerer will support up to 5 revisions following our reviews at no additional cost. It is also expected that the chosen offerer provides our team support to migrate delivered site and artifacts to our AWS hosting environment.
