Mobile app ionic and lavarel developer

I need an app ios and android for a used book sales, including categories / sub categories. see attached file for details, similar functionality to OLX app, but only for books. Required to develop web backend in laavarel to manage the mobile app. I would like the mobile app to be developed using ionic. You should submit the android and ios to Google play and iTunes. Read the attachment before bidding, and once you bid, I will not accept to raise the price, so please don't waste my time by bidding low and then increasing the price. Only bid if you are ready to start work immediately and full time on the app. I am not interested in companies, looking for individual developers only. You should be available for communication through my time GMT +2 We will provide the design of the app as pngs and jpgs. My budget for this project is $500, I will put a milestone for the backend only of $200, after successful completing the backend, I will create another milestone for $150 for the next phase of creating the api and testing functionalities of the app, and a last milestone will be created for finalizing the app and submitting to the app stores.
