Modifications to existing PHP Product - Marketplace

We have a marketplace product developed in PHP. It's still not released to public yet. We need some code changes to be done to make the application presentable. I am attaching a document with the summary of required changes. When the project is awarded: I will provide access to git so that you can install the app in your local for further configuration. Instructions will be provided to help you setup your workspace. I will provide access to JIRA so that we can track the individual tasks. Important note: We are looking for freelancers with good communication skills. I've posted a similar project earlier and we had to cancel because of the lack of communication.
