I need a app developer to make a app of money games

This is an app in which users play games and earn money. when they open app they should get login and signup option after login there comes homepage then there comes 5 games which users play against each other (game was selected randomly) and then he will get options of paid and free tournament for eg. he choose paid tournament of 10rs. he will pay 10rs to us (add payment gateway) and he will be matched randomly with any other player who also choose 10rs contest and then they both play and whom scores more will win and get will get Rs.15 (you should ensure that no one is using hacks) this above implies for all games in homepage there should be 3 dots in left upper corner and this have all these things: 1.
