We want a system (Bulk SMS Software Web Based) that offers SMS push and pull Messaging. This system needs to be able to upload contact lists, send texts, receive replies, and forward inbox replies. We have many examples to follow as guidelines, and have many years experience in the industry. What we are searching for is a skilled freelancer that has a portfolio of their own work to show past expertise. We will require very fast turn-around on the base package mentioned above, and then we will look to develop and enhance the system.
