Greetings, i need an app (with both OS of Android and iOS) created from a simpler blend of two websites: escrow[com] and paysafeescrow[com] I need an Escrow mobile app fully developed. Basically for 2 parties to enter agreements for: Digital goods Shipped goods Services Wagers [all kinds] Either party can add Pic and vid (integrations for proof). They can add Special notes (tracking details, etc.) Admin will monitor all "LINKS" (deals/agreement) The app takes a Fee of escrow 3%, Paid by buyer. Form of payments accepted: PayPal Cashapp Bank transfer Credit/debit Check WU/MG Bitcoin/Litecoin For Fraud protection, integrate a gateway for: Check 21 (for clearance) Hold time for credit/debit card chargebacks. Allow users to Sign up using: FB/G+ or phone/email Format (desired): #Username Please inquire for more details, thank you.
